We are delighted to welcome two new members in the Kangamiut Group Board of Directors, effective from the General Assembly 2023:
Sif Rishøj, VP, People, Purpose & Communication at BioMar Group A/S.
Sif brings solid experience in an area that we would like to strengthen in the Kangamiut Group, as well as an impressively strong, industry relevant business understanding and international and intercultural experience. With her inherent curiosity and ability to ask all the right questions, we are confident that Sif will bring great value to the Kangamiut Group.
Rasmus Grønborg Bak, CEO DSHwood A/S.
Rasmus will contribute with top management and commercial experience from a trading company that has a range of characteristics in common with the Kangamiut Group and like us is dependent on a limited natural resource. Rasmus is already well known in the Group as a valued member of the Board of Directors in Kangamiut Green Land ApS.
Concurrently, Ulrik Bjerre Rasmussen (CEO, Kangamiut Group) and Kim Roed Jensen (CEO, Kangamiut Seafood) will step out of the Kangamiut Group board, but remain active participants at the board meetings in their capacity of group management.
We would like to thank Ulrik and Kim sincerely for their work in the Kangamiut Group board since the passing of our founder, and for their essential role in securing the continuity in the management of the company.
As of the General Assembly 2023, Sif Rishøj, Rasmus Grønborg Bak, Anne Vinther Morant and Birger Brix (chairman) constitute the Kangamiut Group Board of Directors.
